How often have you looked for an Expiry Date on an item you are about to buy?
How often have you asked for a guarantee or warranty period of an item you just bought?
‘Bhaiya, yeh lamba chalega na?’
Relatable? Ahhh! Always - at least I check for that all the time.
Ever wondered why we do that so thoughtlessly?
Well, maybe we want to know till how long will that be associated with us? Or maybe we want that forever - the longer the warranty/guarantee/expiry, the more it’s sold.
Why is this rush for - what is this urge for!
What is this feeling of being ‘guaranteed’ about – is it the feeling of contentment? Or value for money?
'Ok, I have this item for so and so period, so better I use it aptly, to the fullest until then’.
It’s kind of getting a sense of control over it.
Ever pondered what if we also came to this world with a self-known Expiry Date?
Would our decisions have been still the same, had we known what’s our warranty period on this planet?
Would our lives still have been the same?
